"Micro-Scholarships" awarded to students for various achievments in high-school. There website, https://www.raise.me/, has several examples. Only 26 colleges are using it, and Stetson is one of them. Looks like a fairly successful program, I think the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation help fund it, along with Facebook. Would be a good way for USF to start attracting more successful HS students. http://money.cnn.com/2015/09/18/smallbusiness/raiseme-college-scholarship/index.html
