OK, here's an easy one for you champions of logic.  And yes, there is an actual "correct" answer--it's not one of those philosophical problems that the answer is a question or anything like that.  If you've seen this one before, no fair ruining it for others!...but if you haven't, take a fair and logical guess.

Okay, my other choice was one-third. because the other two are whole numbers, but I thought that was too obvious.

Then again, it could be thirty one, since the other two have the one followed by the 3 and they both are primary colors, whereas thirty one has the 3 followed by the one and is a secondary color.

Because technically thirty-one is spelled with a hyphen

So what you wrote are 2 different numbers: Thirty, and one
