I've many times before. The women is gold. Not renewing her contract would be a huge mistake.

It's all relative.

 

Considering how much she has improved USF during her tenure, I think she is not overpaid.

 

Besides, a couple of years ago she gave $1,000,000 to USF.  So, you can deduct that from her pay when doing the calculation.
