If he doesn't do so, I can't see Harlan keeping him, perceived improvement or no. I'm not in favor of that action, but I feel that is what the AD will do. I also can't believe anybody would jeopardize their job, and future employment in their chosen profession, over a personal grudge. It makes for good reality TV drama, but flies in the face of common sense, at least from my perspective. I have to assume that CWT is making the best decision for the success of the program, which translates into his personal success.
