  1. I was waiting on the "we almost won" crowd. Glad to know you losers are all around and doing well. Glad to know you're still fundamentally okay with losing and that "good" losses will always have a home at USF. For real, you guys are the worst of the worst. Every single one of you that are complacent with losing. The author of this post says "Not being complacent with losing.." then he proceeds to BE COMPLACENT WITH losing. You guys are disgusting.

So it's MK's fault for hiring a couple of very capable SEC/ACC offensive coordinators who interviewed well with a lot of coaching experience to coach a team with no recent history of having any success on the field? The only things MK has to go on when gauging the potential of a potential future HC is their interview ability, their history as a coach, and comments from those who recommend them. So you're saying it's not the players' fault for not being better football players because I don't see Michael Kelly anywhere on the field right now? It's not the coaches' fault for not conveying the information better and doing the correct things in practice? Instead, it's one administrator's fault for hiring a guy who checked enough boxes? There are far too many people on this forum who think formidable head coaches with proven success on the FBS level would want to come into this dumpster fire for relatively little money. USF isn't the best company out there hiring, they just need someone to fill the role and maybe overachieve to make the company look more appetizing for hiring someone of a higher quality next go around. Stop passing blame to the scapegoat MK because he is MOST DEFINITELY not the only one involved in the hiring process. The BOT, largest donors, and many others are involved.

Yes. Absolutely. Imagine if you keep doing the same **** and every time it doesn't work out. At what point do you change up the strategy? 2 times? 3?  The problem with MK is that he runs the same exact play every time and will continue to run the same play until he gets removed from his position. We need to stop with the up and comer assistant ******** (AG, JF), stop with the holier than thou, can't hire anyone with a past (Kiffin). The **** isn't working here.

My son just pointed out that the margin of victory doesn't matter much in these games.  If we lose, who cares whether it's by 100 points or 1 point.  On a related note I said, do we onside kick out of the half?  But no, it's too early yet.  But we should be trying things and take chances.

I think Deion ended up at a place meant for him, just like Golesh ended up at a place meant for him. They are 2 different type of coaches and no need to say one is better than the other out of bitterness. We need to not always be mad everytime we get turned down by a coach or a player.

It's the delusion and what is being said here, not that Colorado got Prime and we didn't. Reading these threads is like listening to a bunch of people that have convinced themselves that the earth is flat. It is obvious that we got the short end of the stick, pretending that we are better off is borderline insanity.

  5. I'm really thinking you guys are all nuts. Deion literally had the most watched game last week. Took a 1-11 team that nobody cared about to having the most watched game less than a year later. And in that game, they competed at the same level as the #8 USC team. He has the stadium sold out. You can't go anywhere in the US and have a conversation about football without Colorado coming up. Seriously, 1-11 Colorado is now occupying every single person's, included all of you here, head rent free. I was in the Tumi store buying a bag this week and conversation was "what's your NFL team?" "I'm more of a college guy" "So what do you think of what Deion is doing at Colorado?". That's everywhere 10 times a day times millions of people. It was a brilliant move by Colorado and everyone talking crazy about "he wouldn't stay here", who would? We don't invest in athletics, you're literally an idiot if you are a great coach and want to stay at USF. And for you idiots that are like CAG is a better coach than Prime. What difference does it make when he has way worse players? Do you think we could have taken USC to the last play like Colorado did? What are you smoking. Even if I agreed that CAG was a marginally better play caller, he is coaching players that aren't even in the same league or level as the players that are lining up to play for Prime. Same is true for coaches.

Independence or FCS should never be an option. I think USF will get a chance to move up. Best of the rest conference with AAC/ Mountain West/OSU, WSU, Big 12, or ACC.

However, we need to start winning tomorrow, and Mike Kelly has to show some grittiness (which I am not sure that he has) to get us out of the AAC or pressure AAC leadership to add quality teams instead of that misnomer of big market metropolitan programs versus quality

I think it is less about winning and more about showing that we care about athletics. USF has proven that we will do the min. when it comes to $$$ for athletics.
