I have been a member of USF family for long time and I do not mean just sitting in the stands or writing on some bullspen thing. This is sad day in history of this program, for years when kids had trouble getting to other schools USF extended a hand to these kids say we care. Now we sit upon the hardest interstate schedule this team has ever had, by playing two of three big boys the state, this committee pulls this. The committee is not only saying this kid is not good enough for USF but that USF is better the NCAA by not allowing him entire into this university. I have been here USF for Five years as a student and graduated back in may and I think that Khyri Thornton should have had opportunity to do that one day but now who knows.

if they can play----- sure Great point, and it is not the kids fault that we are in red and taking this away from him is wrong. Also some people are blaming coaches for not know what committee is looking for, well in my opinion the committee is looking to save their !@##! and not trying to help get a kid an education and that is why USF will always be a second rate school in FL.

well if Andre hall and Carlton Hill can get in why not this kid ? I see this as the USF academic committee taking a shot at its own athletic programs. Come on guys our schools is joke compared to other academic institutes in the state. I graduated from there and it wasn't the hardest thing in world. I hope that Jim rise all kinds of hell about this matter because this not only makes him look bad but our school looks awful in recruits eyes. My big question is that if this kid gets into a school with high academic standers then us who gets fired or released or what not. Because I know some kids that have gotten into UF with minimal academic standers and have passed the NCAA clearinghouse, so now we are better the best academic public university in the state. USF needs pull it head out of its @#$
