Imo Flowers is a read option QB. I think everything in the offense builds off zone blocking so Flowers can make a quick read. We do not have an OL that can overpower DL's. Our game is quickness and playing in space. The coaches, in the first two games, have taken this away from Flowers and tried to make him play as a traditional QB. I don't believe we've seen what this offense is just yet other than it's frustrating to watch. I'm hoping the coaching staff go back and see what Taggart tried to do when he first got here and compare it to the Gulf Coast offense. I'm hoping they install or have some read option stuff in their playbook for the upcoming games. Flowers isn't going to be able to stand in the pocket and pick apart defenses and our OL isn't going to be able to create giant holes for RB to power through. This is not a big 12 team. They have to call plays to the players strength until they recruit the players they need for their brand of offense.

I really love their new stadium aside from the bleacher seating. If anyone cares, the Denver Post has a nice article with detailed pictures of the stadium. It's top class and had some great details that make it cool. It worth while to look through the 50+ pictures if you like looking at this kind of stuff. I was replacing their logo with our iconic U logo in my mind. It actually looks on the outside like a building that would be on our campus. I think it's fantastic you are supporting city and the atmosphere is incredible there. I've been to a few matches when they were at camping world and it's was great except during the national anthem. You live in Orlando so that makes total sense, but as a Hillsborough resident and soccer fan it drives me nuts when I see OC stickers because we have the Rowdies. With better support we could get into MLS. What a rivalry that would be!!

I'm really happy for Dom and all the success he's had over the past few years. It's great to see one of our own accomplish so much in their prospective sport. I was bummed Arena didn't give him minutes when the USMNT was here. I will never root for OC because it's Rowdies all day. Let's get Rowdies to MLS so Dom can come back to where he really belongs.

I'm excited to see what this new team can do. Just a few weeks ago I was scared we wouldn't have a full roster. I'm shocked the quick turn around for CBG.
