HA!  I did see the renderings have a couple of tanks / aquariums in them.  Wise to go after that demo as well, considering there are many more fish than humans in a 30 mile radius around the stadium!

Wonder how many millions in market research studies it took for them to figure that out!  Glad they got that one right, unfortunately, from an attendance perspective, they got the location part wrong (I know, I know, it's about the $$$).

Hell, at least you're mowing the lawn.  Ours are actually pretty chill.  Left my boat in the driveway for like a week last month.........crickets from the HOA.
