I decided not to enter the fan transfer portal.
Being fans of this team the previous 4 years, it's a wonder we all didn't have men in white jackets show up at our doors.

Maybe if we put some angles in our steel supports it will make people happy? I found this interesting pic of Snapdragon, the stadium that we all seem to aspire to be. Concrete seating supported by steel beams. I don't see anything in our preliminary renderings that would lead me to believe our stadium will be constructed any differently.

Just curious, but the bottle shows, aged 7 years and 6 days. Would the extra 6 days make a whole lot of difference?
Also, it's not on their website.
Wondering why they didn't just go ahead and add hours, minutes, and seconds . It's not on Fowler's website, but they did post it on their Facebook page, so I'm pretty sure it's legit.

Not sure if this is the correct forum, or if it's been posted somewhere else yet that my search attempts didn't pick up, but Fowler Ave Collective has partnered with Luca Mariano Distillery to offer a barrel select bourbon. For every bottle purchased, $10 goes to the collective. Looks like a fun way to support USF NIL. I'd never heard of this distillery, but in the few reviews I've read, people seem to like the juice. If you need it shipped, Universal Fine Wine and Spirits, which is on 19 just N of Tarpon Springs, can ship it to you.

This is awesome, I'd be very proud as well. Sounds like you've done a great job raising your daughter!

Debbie downer here. It looks okay, but I guess I expected a bit more for $300m+. The seating areas look fine. Perceived drawbacks from 1 rendering...
Metal supports do look really cheap (and almost unstable but I'm sure only the best structural engineers were involved).
No concourses to mill about and still be able to see the field - unless that rooftop area in the east endzone works for that but they don't show any fake people on it.
Thinking the concession areas are going to look a lot like UCF (wide open with lots of metal poles around). Would prefer a closed in Tulane type look for that.
And assuming a home side season ticket is going to be double what they cost now, expecting a shaded seat for even nooners is not unreasonable.
Also agree with others that it must be able to hold the largest possible pitch for soccer as a rental revenue generator.
Let's be honest, if this single rendering was released by UCF or any of our current conference mates, we would all be saying "looks cheap like the new soccer stadiums going up, we're going to build something way better".
All that being said, let's do this and GO BULLS!
MK did say that the lower concourse would be open and have a full view of the field.

Looks great, I especially like the look of the student section tower on the West side. Only thing I wonder about is the East West orientation and how, per VPMK, that will maximize airflow and shade. Would be interesting to see the studies that were done on that aspect.

Stadium Update is the only item on today's agenda without supporting documentation.
I mean if I were going to present renderings (which I'm not confident they will), I'd probably not put a link to them out on the internet ahead of time.

Booked the Hampton Inn a few miles from the stadium for Thursday night. Heading up early Thurs and back Friday.
