    I had to do a project that was similar to this back in grad school. It was a group final. It was ***** to complete and it doesn’t even compare to this. It took four graduate students two weeks to get half of this stuff figured out.

    I mean yeah I would have liked to, but I’m not gonna act like it was cut and dry decision especially when I don’t know all the info.

    I think they correctly anticipated that the application would be a waste of time. Hosting is about more than RPI and all of the Fl teams that did get to host, were higher than us.

    Are we really trying to compare our program to the one that won it all two years ago? I also believe baseball is their marquee sport. I would imagine they would willing prioritize that app higher

    I read it as a promise to pay that fee should they choose us. Then we make that back through ticket sales.

    So if we had submitted it, would we be hosting? The answer is no. With or without it, we weren’t hosting and at no point except for the last of the conference tournament was it even in the cards.

    I’m saying those schools were a lot closer to doing what needed to be done on the field than we were. Which would make that application a little more important. That application didn’t stop us hosting, our play did and that’s what isimportant.

    Where is this information coming from. From what I’ve read, it’s much more than that. It’s full on proposal. No intern handles those.

    It was somewhat of a miracle we were in that position. Who guesses that wisely and sully do what they did. There’s a lot that goes into it, including a budget proposal and 50 grand promise. Not saying it couldn’t have been done and it certainly could have been low on the property list

    Based on how CBM responded to the tourney start, I would say he is looking for more.     This team has hit very well this season. There are some really good lineups below us on this list

    This, hitting is to difficult to hang your hat on, you have to able win 2-1 one games to beat anyone ace. Especially in the post season.

    I believe I remember agreeing with you way back then as well. But everything will depend on how much we put on the bullpen. Idk if you can bank on PS going twice. You won’t want to use to many quality bullpen arms with SM going the next day so you would like for PS to eat as much of one as possible and a long outing might be to much for him to come back from.

    I like PS in game one for this reason. We are going to need them both to be better than average this time around though.
