Out of those 4 teams, 3 of them will be in the early stages of a new Head Coach or starting QB transitioning into their role. We might be able to catch them before they get into their rhythm. Memphis is stable AF. I can't hate on them. I think scarred from our lack of success, bad coaching hires, recruiting, and player development. Many probably feel we are cursed and if anything good happens, bad will follow......I guess like you say, there is a lot of paranoia. So we are scarred and paranoid....."scarranoid"

I feel this is how it's going to be for a while. Any time we have success, a post will pop up asking if a player will transfer out or our coach will be poached.

Are we trying to speak this into existence? Have coaches left a school after only 1 year? Yes. But why are we worrying about that? Some of us are stuck on this train of negativity regarding USF athletics. I mean geez, another thread says let's enjoy the moment while it lasts, so let's do so. Today will be the first time in USF MBB history that we have ever been ranked. So let's enjoy our success w/o dwelling on negative possibilities. Some of ya'll need to go to church to work on your faith or read some Eckhart Tolle so you can learn how to navigate life on Earth more positively. Don't get me wrong, I worry, and I have fears....we all do. But stop trying to make your fears a reality.

USF MBB has never been ranked?

It feels good for our team to not be learning a new offense or playing a new QB for once. We have ran through so many different offensive coordinators and QBs through the years. There is no QB competition for the first time since the QF era. We know who is #1.

I am not sure why I thought Pryor's voice would have a high-pitched voice, but man he has a deep voice.

Is it too early to call us winning a national title?

A majority of our recruits in the past 7-8 years have had multiple p5 offers. We also had a plethora of p5 players from the transfer portal these past 7-8 years. We just never seem to develop our players or pick the right transfers.

Besides my "un-duh-feeted" chants, I feel I look at the potential of our teams from a logistical perspective. It's just our teams and coaching staff pretty much just underachieved these past few years.
