  1. David Collins is the most talented USF player since Dojo...Add a few more pieces around him and we will have a chance in every game.

  3. It looks like UCF is cashing in BIG TIME on their perfect success: http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/ucf-knights/os-sp-ucf-peach-bowl-revenue-20180221-story.html UCF is a constant reminder of what other teams in the American conference can achieve if they live up to their expectations. The Knights have once again risen to become the crowning jewel of the AAC. Merchandise and season ticket sales are way up. Record numbers. With that note, I don't recall any usf fans taking the time to thank UCF for bringing in the additional revenue to our fellow brethren and making the conference look better as a whole. This is what winning the Fiesta bowl, Peach bowl, BCS conference championship and many other conference championships looks like. The IPF and OCS are well deserved. Looking forward to the upgrades.

  4. Exactly. Just ask the Bucs. They had more success when they practiced at their meager location by the airport (playoff wins, championship games, Superbowl). They haven't done a thing since moving into their new "palace."......They were supposed to attract all the top free agents with that place...What a joke.

  5. Don't let UCF fans see this. They'll proclaim themselves the most annoying, hang a banner and throw a parade.

  6. Ran into the cheer squad today at BWI. They were happy to see someone sporting a USF jacket. Great group of kids who do a lot for the WBB program. Enjoyed chatting with them

  8. Anyone else read Zebold's practice notes today, about how much faster the offense is moving? Does that mean we are going to run the HB dive 70 times a game as opposed to 50?

  9. When the Gator job opened up his wife told me that she wanted to stay in Tampa - not that he was offered but she like the area. I certainly hope he stays. Can't imagine anyone better that we could sign.

  14. And then there is this post from NAS Whoop d’ doo....He’s had 18 years and still hasn’t gotten past the second round of an over bloated 64 team tourney. How many teams that are ranked above USF has he beaten in the past 5 years. Geno inherited a UCONN team that had 1 winning season in ten years..what did he do in 18 years. IMO, UCF is going to pass the Bull by once Coach Abe has had a chance to get her own recruits in place. If you’re tired of my posts, then WTH are you reading and replying to them.

  15. If I'm being honest, I don't see him making it as a QB in the NFL. Not unless by some miracle the erratic passes go away. My brain hurts just thinking of the type of packages they will have to run just to utilize his skill set. And a 4.63s 40 yard dash isnt going to beat many defenders (although I realize flowers is known for his incredible elusiveness, not straight line speed) I just think NFL coaches have generally made a nonverbal statement that they are looking for pocket passers rather than an athlete to scheme around. Shoot, Gilbert didn't even bother to scheme around him

  16. Flowers combine numbers are not going to get him drafted. He showed mediocre speed in comparison to his WR and RB peers. And has no shot as a QB. That's been a pipedream. I'm honestly shocked his times weren't a lot better than they were. Sad for him. He has great game speed, but I worry nobody will take a flyer in him since his measurables were just okay.

  17. I love me some QF, but his quickness is impressive when compared to other QBs. He may turn into a phenomenal slot receiver someday, but when you compare his 40, cone times, and shuttle drills to the last 5-7 years of LB times at the combine, the guys in the league right now he's going to be going against are plenty able to keep up with him. Even amongst WRs just this year, he's 7th in the cone drill, outside the top 15 in both shuttle drills, and third from last in the 40. Add to that his lack of height to pull balls down in traffic, and he's not really doing much to stand out. If you're an NFL team drafting this year and need a WR, you're going to have to decide to take a guy who is measurably way below the rest of the class in every category AND you have to teach him the position. Rodney Adams had him beat in every conceivable category you could measure at the combine, college numbers, and a his entire life playing the position and got cut. Slot guys are above and beyond in at least one of these areas, but sometimes more: a) a physical mismatch, b) fast and quick, or c) have insanely good hands (which QF might have, but who knows). Like I said, he may turn out to be awesome and I would love to see it, but it's an uphill battle.

  18. LOL .... "They" is a UCF alum just highlighting the social media war between 2 clown fan bases. The rest of the country has moved on, or are still pointing and laughing .... but I do admit that White is doing a bang up, PT Barnum like job

  19. Hopefully one day soon one of you klowns will post something where UCF has found a way to funnel some of that cash to the Plancher family .... You know, some creative way like you found to throw money at coaches who deemed UCF wasn't worthy of their service any longer.

  20. I mean he’s not lying that P6 thing has always screamed Bull **** to me. Yes we are a conference made up of teams on par with to slightly better than the bottom feeders of the P5, no that doesn’t make some narrative being screamed by our commissioner about us being at the big boy table true. We were at the big boy table we are at the kiddie table. Whether we like it or not that is the reality of our program and being the big fish in the little pond doesn’t mean we get treated like a fish in the sea. If UCiF played the schedule of any of the 4 playoff teams they drop more than 1. And if we were chirping about being national champions had we actually gone undefeated I would have been slightly embarrassed.

  21. He should have stopped right here .... If you want to put a banner up that says ‘national championship,’ God bless you. You can do that. I’ve got no problem with [White] doing that. But to say they should have been in the final four is an unrealistic expectation.
