  1. It's obvious that the meeting was not her idea but the chief judge's. Hopefully we'll find out more about what was said in the meeting, but if she apologized to him or in any way took anything back from what she said, she needs to do so with a public statement at this point - not in a private meeting. Some will say let it go, but in my book, she doesn't get off this easy. She stays on the list for now.

  2. One of the things I like best is that the new players come to USF with a winning mentality. I expect the this USF MBB team will have a much more positive attitude. Nikola Scekic‏ @scekic1995 2h2 hours ago Never lose sight of what means the most to you. #nationalchampion

  3. She runs her dumb yapper like she did, she's always on the list. She's only kissing ass because everyone piled on her. Like getting caught and saying "sorry"when the truth is you're only sorry you got caught.

  4. A law school probably doesn't help the metrics or get us research dollars. I'd like to see USF keep following STEM, computer science, and medicine and patents and entrepreneurship and business leadership. Keep pushing for studemt success and best outcomes. Despite having lower 4 and 6 year graduation rates, USF students had higher salaries upon graduation and we have more patents, and we are gaining in research output. We need to keep pushing those type of metrics. Does a law school advance those? Or just saturate the labor market of lawyers and make USF a degree mill?

  5. Too bad it took a lecture from a respected judge to provoke this Strong discipline.

  6. Not the case, they used all of their normal relievers aside from the closer.

  7. I looked at the lady and said "that score is pretty nice." It started to get a little chippy but they didn't have a leg to stand on after we kept putting runs on the board. She went home by the 4th inning

  8. By the time USF gets into a P5 conference I will be dead.

  9. We really should let due process work it's way out, and I'm hoping he's not guilty of the charges...because I hate that people go thru this (perps & victims). To those saying he's gone if he did it, not saying it's the same thing, but Chris Dunkley apparently beat the crap out of his girlfriend, and was eventually reinstated. But I think Strong has less tolerance than the last 2 coaches (not an insult to them...it's a relative term). Hate to lose a DE, but I don't think he was very productive in 2016. Time for others to step up and take his reps.

  10. If he's guilty, lock him up. If he's innocent, get him back on the field. If he's truly friends with the ****** from FSU, he should be knowledgable enough to not have put himself in this situation. Hoping he's innocent... one Winston in Tampa is enough.

  11. It's really not hard--you just never, never, never get physical in a relationship, and that of course goes both ways. Not smart for sure.

  12. Should I say innocent until proven guilty here, or would that cramp our style? I bet CCS will wait to get the full story.

  13. This is all part of Vinik's marketing plan. Very nicely done Mr. Vinik! More press for USF = more ticket sales! Go Bulls!

  16. Off topic, but I hate that term. One is not, "innocent" until proven guilty. You're either guilty or you're not. The actual term is, "presumed innocent until proven guilty". /rant

  17. If wht the article says is true; it's not an accusation, it's an actual arrest. Also, that is very disturbing. I hope the student is OK, but I fully expect him to be gone by lunch.

  18. So you can have a gun as long as you're not stupid with it? I don't think that's a CCS rule, that's called "the law."
