Planning on heading to DC for a long weekend.  Anxious to see if there are any USF packages for hotels in DC, and/or buses or carpools to & from the game.

 

And...when tickets are for sale.

If I'm still in this house by then, I plan to have a big after-game tailgate to hang out around a firepit in the front yard, talk about the big win, and hand out candy - our neighborhood goes all out on Halloween. Bring the kiddies!

Bull Fan Tours is offering 2 road trips; FSU and Navy.  The FSU trip is a motorcoach up and back the same day and includes FREE BEER, etc.  Game tickets are optional.  Cost is $95/pp.

 

NAVY trip includes 2 or 3 nights hotel, Alumni Party, Friday night party and tour of Naval Academy if you come up on Thursday (3 night package)

and NAVY game tickets are cheap at least compared to FSU so a great deal all around. I'm ready...

Keep in mind you cannot buy from USF unless you are a season ticket holder (dumbest rule in the history of USF athletics and a slight to out of town fans and alumni). The USF section is 31.

Wait, what?? This makes no sense...do they not want to encourage alumni to buy through them? Or are they really expecting me to buy season tickets when I live 12 hours away? Seriously, wtf?...alumni are just on our own?!?
