Currently committed to WVU.  2* Rivals.  According to his hudl page has a 4.75 40.

No I don't have time to do a thread for every kid we offer, but nobody would stop me.  Looking at his offer sheet we are the second best offer he has so that would make me think there's a measurable chance he ends up here.

As someone who follows recruiting more closely than I do, what would you put that chance at? 24/7 says the day after he got our offer he committed to West Virginia. No thinking, no anything. And they predict him going there at 100%.
