Totally against the freedom of speech and expression when you do not allow somebody to wear another teams jersey. As for restricting ticket sales to out of state persons, not sure if it is against the law but that is going to crush the organizations fan base outside the state and country for that matter.

@IanButler Can we please restrict the Freedom of Speech argument to matters a little more relevant than a hockey game?  Seems a bit hyperbolic.  If you don't like the policy, then don't watch the game, but there is absolutely no reason to bring such an overarching issue like Freedom of Speech into it.  It's like bringing a fire truck to a water gun fight...

@IanButler Its called a dress code and they most likely have the right to enforce it. You dont seem to understand how freedom of speech works. people do not understand their rights very well these days. Hpw will it crush their fanbase out side of Florida? Are you really trying to claim there is some huge number of fans looking to buy tickets and travel to those games?

Don't all hockey teams do this as a way to give the home team the edge to make sure come playoff games they are playing in front of fans cheering the home team

A ticket to a game is a license, it can be revoked at any time and can come with special conditions, i.e. attire restrictions.

The shirt thing seems kinda dumb, i like that you have to be a FL resident, though. If I'm a big hockey fan though, I'm taking out a new credit card with my cousin/brother/vacay home's address on it.
