Thad Matta & Coach Dickerson (OSU), Orlando Antigua & Coach Strickland (USF) and Tennessee all checked out JaQuan Lyle of IMG (FL) today.

Both Jaquan Lyle & Kobe Eubanks taking nothing but advantage of the extra yr of HS ball they wound up with. Both lighting it up this season.

And anyway, I wouldn't call not being on a 5 star's map "disheartening" ... Plenty can be done with 3 and 4 stars.

I just meant because it seemed like there was a glimpse of hope. I know we can do plenty with 4 and 3 stars, and I am not putting that down at all. I think Damian Lillard was a two star guy. Either way you are right, I missed the fact he committed.

The reality is, we're not going to be signing any 5 star guys. We'll be in some of their top 5-7, but that's going to be it. High 3 star and 4 star guys are what we need.

We have 3 4* depending on the recruiting service you're looking at in Tulio De Silva, Luis Montero, and Luis Santos.

Looks like Peters has a game tonight and another on Thursday - their gym is only about 30 minutes from me without traffic, maybe I'll put on my USF gear and go watch him play...
