@JC_Knows: I am no longer committed to the University of Miami.

Big 4 star talent...we have offered along with the rest of the country. Looks like a long shot.

Cronkrite is coming Nov 1st for a visit to WVU, but most feel he still ends up at Miami.

Transferring from UF.  Would like to see us go after him.  He would be able to redshirt while Mack and Johnson play their final year and then still have 2 years to play.  He is also a really good receiver out of the backfield.

Florida transfer sets official visit

Former Florida running back Jordan Cronkrite to officially visit Cincinnati.

Ryan Bartow - Mar 9, 9:26 AM

USF has shown interest in him.

Another school that has shown interest in Cronkrite is Temple, whose new head coach, Geoff Collins, served as the Florida defensive coordinator under Jim McElwain for the past two seasons.

South Florida and Purdue have also gauged interest, with both programs being in the same boat as Cincinnati and Temple in that they have new head coaches: Charlie Strong for the Bulls, and Jeff Brohm with the Boilermakers.

Cronkite will have to sit out the 2017 seasons per NCAA transfer rules, and has two years left of eligibility.

Cronkrite will have to compete next season with Sands & Elijah Mack, both of whom in my opinion are gonna be pretty good. We'll see. #USF

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
