All of these big business are anti-competitive and anti-capitalists. They say these regulations help businesses but all they do is creat a HUGE barrier to entry to protect the countries largest corporations. This is the stuff that really angers and irritates me. A business being forced to sell to certain parties is total ********. Every business should be able to sell direct if they wish. The government is requiring a completely unneccessary, inefficient and costly middleman in the most blatantly corrupt way possible. This helps the middle man and the big man, but the little guy is ****** because he can't afford to invest in a politician. If you vote for the single opponent that has enough support to possibly win, they're just as corrupt and maybe even worse. It's become impossible to replace bad reps with good ones because the good ones are kept out by the establishment.

They are kept out by keeping them from having access to money. Campaigns are won and lost by advertising. Few people are in a position to fund their own campaign. A 3rd party campaign has to battle the establishment and the media and big business who do everything in their power to keep the outsiders out. The parties are able to make primary votes meaningless because not everyone has access to the primaries and as private organizations, even for those registered woth voting access, the party can change the rules at anytime and just pick the establishment guy. This is true for both parties. See GE and recent Comcast merger.
