Keep in mind Westchester CC just sent Keith Thomas to St John's. Luis Montero is still there. Whatever is going on, it looks dicey.

 

 

Well, at least the head coach seems to not be involved in the fraud: "Hennessey said WCC officials spoke with head coach Tyrone Mushatt and "we determined that Mushatt was not involved, unaware, had nothing to do with this."

Westchester Community College casted a real bad light on the good juco programs out there in the country.

Which would mean that COA couldn't secure a commitment from a single offensive player that could potentially make an immediate impact next season. The swinging and missing on so many prospects hurt and limited the staff into putting all their eggs in the basket of Montero. Without him where in the world do they turn to now?

Why not bring in Montero as a Freshman with two years of eligibility? Simply ignore his grades from Juco as if he never attended?
