I can't emphasize enough, these kids need to pick USF straight out of HS. Imagine if last season we had Woulard, Bowman, Valdes, Gibbons, etc.

Bowman is a 2015 recruit, so this year will be his true freshman year. The only one of that list that I could see making a big difference is Woulard. The others would be young and inexperienced. Not to mention, Valdes wasn't some stud heralded recuit or anything. Gibbons would've been a true freshman, and I would imagine true freshman have a hard time starting at OL. I get your point though. It would be nice if players come here as freshman.

Any news/update on this kid from people in the know? We really need him next year with Pope and Price graduating.

I had no idea Pope was a senior. We've got a couple young guys that might be able to take his place blocking... hopefully. As always, though, where there's smoke there's fire and I'm not super optimistic about Archibald. This one is weirder than normal - something has to be going on behind the scenes.

Maybe he's taking the fall to rehab and enrolling in January. Would he be able to save a year of eligibility(think Grey Shirt) that way or because he enrolled at Wake last winter did his clock start?
