Multiple instances like that start looking like a pattern. Certainly not the end of the world, especially considering all of the other awful stuff that people skate on. But given the structure of the criminal justice system in Florida, it was highly unlikely he was not aware of this charge. I still think it's not the end of the world, but it's not like this is something that just happened to him - he created the issue to begin with.
