We offered. The ball is in his court at the moment.

I know that PSU is considering offering him. I'm worried most about them.

He is a very intelligent and mature young man. That is even obvious in his tweets.

It'd be tough to sway Kelvin Taylor from the allure of going to pop's alma mater, UF. Stranger things have happened though, just look at Peyton Manning and his decision to go to Tenn.

Pop's coach is USF's recruiting coordinator. I still would be surprised if he came here, but at least we have an in.
