Stan Heath and USF got an absolute STEAL in '13 Nigerian 7-footer John Egbunu. Tech. sound, rolls hard on PNR, fluid finishes #NBAPATop100

2013 C John Egbunu is 7-feet and a rebounding machine. Plays with power and can run the floor extremely well. #NBATop100 #Future150 ^jp

We plugged John Egbunu into the latest update of the class of 2013 rankings and it looks like the South Florida commitment is there to stay. His seven-foot listing looks to be very generous, but he's a long armed athlete and animalistic offensive rebounder. Egbunu plays with energy and ferocity around the rim and has great physical tools.

Already have a nice surprise at NBA Camp. John Egbunu, a 6-10 post, is playing strong and scoring around the rim.

John Egbunu has been a bright spot. I'm betting he's closer to 6-8 than his listed 7-0 but he's an animal on the glass

Well at least the rest of the recruiting world has seen what a beast Egbunu is at rebounding and finishing at the rim. Also I glad that everyone now knows he's not 7ft tall but 6-10 isn't bad.

Maybe it's better he's not 7 ft. At 6-9 or 6-10, sets with him and OMOG in the game at once are much more realistic.

Plus, we will also have at the same time 6'11 Waverly Austin. That should be very intresting.

John Egbunu has been impressive all day. Listed at 7-feet, he's been running the floor and defending well. Just hit a jump hook too.
