ESPN grades him 79 #26 OG

Evaluation

Amichia is very efficient playing the offensive tackle spot; demonstrates good explosion and playing strength as a dominant run blocker. What he has to do is add bulk to his frame over time. His height, growth potential and athleticism are better suited for the offensive guard position at the major...

I hope we land him so we can add another fantastic name to our OL. Too bad that's not a QB name though, I can already hear the stadium chanting A-MI-CHIA! A-MI-CHIA!

Notes from Atlanta SPARQ combine

ESPN RISE

Here is a look at some of the recruiting notes from the Atlanta Nike SPARQ combine.

Kofi Amichia, OL (Powder Springs, Ga./McEachern)

He posted a 4.41 shuttle time to go along with a 42-foot power ball toss. The 6-foot-3, 253-pounder racked up 42 pancake blocks during his junior season and has attended junior days at in-state powers Georgia and Georgia Tech. Amichia is also reporting interest from Duke, Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State and West Virginia. Right now Georgia Tech stands out and it looks to be an ACC/SEC battle come signing day.

BTW, he also participated in The Opening.

His Sparq scores placed him better than Jessamen Dunker and Nelson Agholor. He was by far the fastest 40 for an OL- 5.01 also the highest ranked OL there by Sparq score.
