I think he will still come here as a full back if we promise him playing time. And what about Rico Williams when is he going to commit.

They are not going to take a FB this earlier given the limited schollies.

Hope we are still ok with Stephenson HS.Tight end from Georgia gives Syracuse University football verbal commitmentNolan WeidnerSyracuse, NY -- The Syracuse University football team picked up its fourth verbal commitment for the recruiting class of 2012 today when tight end Joshua Parris told coaches he would like to wear Orange.Parris is a 6-foot-3, 230-pound player from Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Ga. According to a story in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Parris originally committed to South Florida, but backed off of that several weeks ago over a misunderstanding about what position he would play. Parris wants to be a tight end in college.According to the Rivals.com recruiting web site, Parris chose SU over offers from other schools as well, including Mississippi, Boston College, Vanderbilt, Southern Mississippi and Virginia.Parris joins linebacker Myles Davis of Pittsburgh, offensive lineman Omari Palmer of Long Island and defensive lineman Ben Barrett of Manlius (CBA) as those who've pledged to sign letters of intent with the Orange next February.http://blog.syracuse.com/orangefootball/2011/06/post_105.html
