BYU has TONS of CA$H to offer BCS programs to visit...as BYU plays usually infront of soldout overflow crowds of approx 64,500 fans per game.

As was mentioned earlier, their options become extremely limited once conference play starts for the BCS conferences. They would still have the nice BCS opponents as they get now early in the season.

tough gig, downgrading all the way to the WCC for the other sports. i dont think their scheduling will be too bad, they would be a good matchup for certain teams to trade in a bye week to play them, and ditch an fcs team during the year.

cough cough i'm looking at you, gaytors...drop that cupcake the week before fsu, and pick up a proper team like byu. should still be winnable, and will help the schedule. ahhhh who am i kidding, florida won't leave the state for an ooc game. psh

As long as they don't need to, they won't.

Exactly .... Perception is everything and they don't NEED to bump up their ooc schedule.
