Listed as athlete will probably play WR for Bulls. He ranks 3- Stars on Rivals, NR by Scout.

"On the bus going over to Raymond James. Can anyone guess who is all with me? about 19 hours ago from web" http://twitter.com/USFKevinPatrickI bet all the recruits on the bus got a chuckle out of that. ;D

Welch would be an average pick up at best.

Welch would be an average pick up at best.Normally you are right, but the staff must get at least one competent, competitive, and servicable WR on campus in this class. Because of that Welch is a big pick-up....we need insurance in case.

Welch would be a good pick up. Its just with these rumors floating around about Christian Green signing with USF, and losing out on Sanders; it would be a little disappointing if we settled on Welch. Don't expect anything like that just yet. He's at FSU right now.So given the circumstances Welch is good. Give the staff more time and next season this area is loaded with top flight WR's like Lovett, Davis, Frankie Williams, Story...Skip doesn't have to go more than 50 miles to land 5 top flight WR's. I think he wants to come to USF and rather than mess around with a trip to USC this weekend he decided to come home to Skip. I think him being here is really good news.
