You'll still have to pay FACE VALUE for it. If your team goes to the bowl that you reserved a ticket for, then you can buy it. If not, then you're out that much money.Don't do it this way - get them from the USF ticket office. I would only suggest this way if you were a fan of a big program and the tickets were going fast.
