The Skyway Bridge is #2.

I think the minarets are the most recognizable unique landmark in Tampa for residents who are familiar with the history of them, but I don't think enough people outside of Tampa really know what they are.

Because of that, I'd say the skyway is the most recognizable landmark to all.
