tb-why did eagles fall apart if TO wasnt a factor?

He WAS a factor .......... in their falling apart. The eagles were a mess last year due to all the chit surrounding TO. You go into a season counting on a certain aspect of it to be a significant part but it doesn't, that will hurt most teams, especially teams that aren't strong offensively to begin with. It's what happened with the Bucs and Keyshawn and McCardell. Signing TO was huge mistake by the Eagles, looking back on it. Only positive was they didn't have to give up that much to get him.

they should have paid him more money and kept the magic but lorrie is a bit greedy

you gotta pay talent

Nobody put a gun to TO's head to sign with Philly. He WANTED to go there at the salary they offered.

Steve, I'm not sure how many different ways I can keep saying this .... the Eagles accomplished NOTHING with TO in the lineup they hadn't already acccomplished without him so he added 0 value in 2004.
