Can someone answer this. I agree with all but men's basketball. Do they mean ranked at some point in it's existence?? Even when we made it to the tournament I don't remember being ranked.

It’s three out of four; men’s basketball would by the one left out of the four and not part of the three in the top 25 (or 250 for that matter).

Maybe both -- the falling star is meant to symbolize the fall of the Big East football conference while the rocket symbolizes how fast the schools will be out of this conference if they get an offer.
