TAMPA, FLA., JAN. 19, 2018  The USF men's basketball team returns home after an extended one-game trip to Greenville, N.C., to take on UCF in the opening game of the War On I-4 of the season. Tip-off is slated for 6 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPNU.

The Bulls (7-12, 0-6 AAC) were scheduled to return home immediately following the loss to ECU on Wednesday night, but a winter storm in the Greenville area prevented the team from arriving in Tampa until Thursday evening.

In the game against ECU, Stephan Jiggetts (Forestville, Md.) led the Bulls in scoring, putting up 15 points on 6-for-11 from the field. It was his first double-digit scoring performance since the ECU matchup at the Sun Dome on Jan. 3. Jiggetts has now led USF in scoring six times this season.

Freshman David Collins (Youngstown, Ohio) put up a career high six assists to go with eight points. Collins went 6-for-6 from the free throw line in the game, his first perfect performance from the charity stripe in his career.

UCF (12-6, 3-3 AAC) has lost two straight...

I'm hearing @USFMBB redshirt sophomore F Tulio Da Silva won't play tonight vs. #UCF. I expect an official update from school regarding his future later this afternoon. Da Silva averaging 8.0 ppg, 5.6 rpg.

I’ll watch the first 10 minutes or so, or until we get down by double digits. I wish that this game was on CBS Sports and the ladies were on ESPNU tomorrow.

When your this bad every game is a candidate.  I think you’re missing that quite a bit.  Both Marquette and South Florida each had much more talent than the current assortment of Bulls.

I been watching every game and just hoping they score more than 36 points the last 3 or 4 years lol. It is the game inside the game that still keeps my interest to USF basketball. If USF can score more than 36 points tonight it is grounds for celebrating.

The sad thing is that they don’t have a choice. I’m betting that Army, Navy, and AF would love to be in USF’s shoes right now so they can at least continue to play
