I can't believe that he is only the second invite. What  do you think his 40 time will be? I'll bet some of his skill talents will be off the charts.

It's the 2nd Bull this year, not second ever.  Many Bulls have been to the combine.  This year, Marquez Valdez-Scantling is also going.
