The Bugs paid $28million, salary and buyout, plus draft picks to get him last time.

Why not offer the $28mil this time he gets to keep the picks.

As a Bucs fan, I'll always be grateful for the Super Bowl, but seriously, he won with Dungy's players and a perfect storm in playing the Raiders in the Super Bowl.  He's a good coach, but I don't think I'd open the bank for him.
