It came from the Orlando Sentinel article where they detailed the 1600+ rust hot spots in the deteriorating stadium.

How the hell does a beam get like that? That is very concerning. Very. My wife read that article and refuses to attend a game there. Can't blame her.

I'm fairly certain that's what happens when 3000 students jump in unison to make the stadium shake.

I mean,  it's physics. You create downward force, something has to absorb that force. Things don't twist like that without an outside force.

There were quotes in the article stating the administration could not understand how they could build the stadium so inexpensively.   Now they know.

Yes, but they do that because the stadium is bouncy to begin with, because it was built like crap.  I've been in high school stadiums all over the state, and probably 75 percent of them are better quality.
