They simply don’t have the intelligence to stop and take minute to think out the long term consequences of their actions. Some call it lack of maturity but in these cases it’s lack of intelligence.

It wasn't reported until yesterday afternoon. They had to investigate prior to arrest.

Article says campus police was called 1AM Thursday night - it appears to have happened after the gaem.
