Bad way to start off the presser, IMO.

Sands is "one of my gunners" on punts and "one of my missles" on kickoffs.

WTF?

How about using the word "OUR" team instead of "MY" team when giving praise?

Gotta learn to give others credit for the good stuff that happens and take the blame yourself for the bad stuff. Pronouns matter.

Granted, he started saying "we" later in the presser, but he probably doesn't even realize he's doing it.
