Probably the fact that he's not getting thrown to in space.  That's where DJ does his best damage.  He hasn't been utilized in that area much yet.

Tice is a lead back while dj is a complimentary back back...imho.

Last week they used both perfectly.  Hope for more of the same this week and the rest of the year.  Even Travon Sands looked good last game.

Im almost ready for DJ to switch over to wide receiver lol He has some great hands. As for running back, i think Tice should get more carries and I also think his speed is underated.

Exactly, with the right coaching TIce and Bench would have been battling for the Heisman trophy

I wouldn't mind seeing them both in at the same time with some two back sets lined up on either side of Flowers out of the shotgun. Have two receivers out wide and one in the slot. Good luck defending that formation.

Would even love to see some "bully" 3-back and some options sets. We have some speed in the backfield, let's use it

Loving the way Tice is running this year. Excellent power and vision so far. He's been very impressive. I'd give them a nice 50/50 split though. Each excels in different ways that both benefit the offense.
