Best intangible thing we have going for us is that Lovie seemed to be allergic to wins at Ray Jay as Bucs coach.

I like Lovie, kind of thought he got the shaft here, and hopes he goes 12-1 reg season ... What's a little disconcerting is what they did to WKU's offense, who also lost their architect and are going through a transition period in that regard. Don't like seeing Hardware and Donnie Abraham on the sideline with him.

If they can shut down Mike White, they'll destroy us!

I watched that entire game. White could not hit the side of a barn. When there was just a bit of pressure he turned into Soft White. Looked like the stiff he was when he played for us.

Lovie was bad for the Bucs.  I'm just glad he's not there anymore.

I wasn't nervous for any of the other games. A little nervous about them being in sync and timing.

Nationally televised game. Gilbert and Strong really need to shine in this one. I the Q needs a big game too.

Our success will hinge on our receivers catching the ball. No drops.

And having catch-able balls thrown at them.

Isnt it going to be wet again?  Game conditions favor Illinois.

They practed on Thursday. Pretty sure 18-22 year olds don't lose conditioning in five day.

When I was 18 and athletic I was told everyday of conditioning you lose it takes two to get back to where you were.

With that said, Beat the Illini.
