Claiming Publix for Tampa is a stretch.  Winter Haven/Lakelanders associate more with Orlando than Tampa despite being slightly closer to Tampa.  That would be great to get them aboard though.

It would be cheaper to build the IPF adjacent to the OCS. Completing both simultaneously but, that's just my "2" cents .

My question is, does the feasibility study involve any of the business students?  If not, it's a giant waste.
