USF Athletic Director Mark Harlan remains bullish on school’s chances at joining a Power 5 conference

TAMPA - The goal is easily stated but not easily attained.

Ask University of South Florida Athletic Director Mark Harlan where he wants to take this program and he is quick to respond.

“We want to be a consistent top 25 team,” Harlan replies without hesitation.

Seems like an honest, level-headed, but also goal-oriented approach by our AD.
