Colts' Marlon Mack: Makes positive first impression

Colts coach Chuck Pagano has made a positive impression early on in OTAs, Kirk Larrabee of 247Sports.com reports. "He's a quick learner, quick study. He's picking up things extremely fast," Pagano said. "He's got good hands. He's good vision, he's got a nice jump cut. He's explosive, he can burst, good in traffic, and he's learning the protection part of it."

Makes sense. He doesn't have the handicap of being a prima donna, he's a hard worker

That next gear will make him successful in the NFL.  I feel blessed to have seen it numerous times live.  It was fun to see on the carpet at Syracuse.  It will be fun to watch at Indy.

Michael's been an enigma in the NFL, I'm curious what this means for Marlon - if anything at all.

They're probably going to sit Mack a year and let him build up some as well as complete his transition into the NFL speed and style of play. They can afford to as his contract isn't that large and sitting him will help him transition without much fear of injury. Just my guess.
