I noticed a few big job openings over the last few days...we have a great coach but how likely are we to keep him?  Tennessee and Virginia Tech are big schools in Power conferences and if they wrote a big check I'm guessing CMK is as good as gone  I think Pitt might be open too.  These are the best conferences in America and the loyalty factor just isn't there.  Also on a positive note I'm guessing UCF's coach is in the same boat.  Just something to think of in the next few weeks.

Can't say for sure, but you have to believe Harlan will match any ACC offer.

We're committed to greatness. It won't be money that makes coach leave.

Besides, according to RPI, ACC is #3 and the American is a very close #4

Quality of competition is no reason to leave the AAC

As long as USF keeps Harlan, we will be fine. I have confidence that he will replace coaches that leave with good coaches.

Yes but this where the giant power paychecks from football come into play. They can probably double his pay and not even bat an eye. Unless money from football just stays in football. I had it in the back of my mind if Kingdton would get a look elsewhere and what his likeliness of leaving would be. That's why I'm trying to cherish this run.

Not worried, there are A LOT G5 programs in baseball who do well every year. USF is just one of many so there are more coaches the P5 have to choose over (not like football).

Alabama just opened up too.  They gave the Coach only one year, so obviously money isn't a problem at these giant schools.
