There are so many teams that are in USF's situation where they need players it's just ridiculous. I actually think the coaching staff is taking their time trying to fill scholarships because it's not as cut and dry as just taking bodies. It's actually a real possibility that USF can turn this thing around fairly quickly. Of course there is also the problem that a lot of other schools are doing the same thing.
