Who gets credit for rebuilding the USF football program?

Was it a single-handed effort by Taggart, like Leavitt who came in and built the program from scratch?

What I'm trying to get at here is how much credit the administration at USF athletics gets for the revival of the football program. Was it a hands-off deal like normal (see men's bball under Antigua), or did they assist in putting Humpty Dumpty back together again?

I'm asking because I wonder if men's bball is going to be the same type of process.

We'll discuss when we get there.

Tags IMO. The only credit the Admin gets from me is letting the complete third season play out even after all the drama and bad start the beginning of the 3rd season brought us.

I think the Admin gets an assist.  Brought in Tomey and Tags HS coach.  The defense is a disaster so there is blame to be put on all as well.  As Sellular said, QF is a huge reason and the coach gets credit for bringing him in.

Ended the season ranked, we're there. Program rebuilt. Now let's grow it.

CWT gets the credit he brought in the players, culture change, and offense that got us where we are. To suggest anyone else gets a lion's share is silly. The administration gets a bit of credit too but without the 3 things I mentioned we aren't where we are now.
