Should be word soon on if he plans on visiting USF officially very soon. With 1 scholarship I would if Wheeler and USF still have strong interest in each other then he might want to visit asap. LaQuincy Rideau is still out there and we don't know what he will do yet

I am blessed to say I have committed to penn state university!

 

Lol nothing new here. Florida HS players or former Florida HS players just don't want to come to USF.
