Bulls fans don't sleep on this guy because he has a chance to be special in college. It's a big deal that he's visiting USF and we have a shot at getting him. Would be a HUGE win for Coach Gregory and Coach Herrion if Collins signs with the Bulls. He would be the most talented SG USF has had since Dominique Jones imo.
