BULLS go undefeated, we win the AAC Championship and we destroy a power five team in our Bowl.

Winning and coaches paying us big money to leave to hire great coaches as replacements sounds like an awesome business model.

As long as we keep the buyouts coming from the coaches instead of the other way around I'm happy.

Id rather strong stay. That would mean 2 years being a one loss maybe 2 loss team. But if we finish one loss next year end up highly ranked the next year with strong staying well, then you're in the national title convo. Who cares about being one and done, we would just be an after thought later, seen as a fluke. if strong leaves were looking at a rebuilding year. At least one. Continuity is a big deal in ensuring long term success

We haven't had a STRONGer chance to win the conference thab this year coming up. Yes there are strong teams, but we have the reigning AAC offensive player of the year and possible Hesiman contender returning. We would all love CCS to stay, but with the scenario presented I would much rather win the conference and ride that into another coach then lose our division and go into CCS' Year 2 with a new QB and a ton of talent leaving.

That being said, Coach Strong is a major reason for all of the positive press this offseason; losing him after one year would be tough.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
