Let's get real here. The NIT is like in a conference tournament at best. Sure, we can lie to ourselves and glorify it...

So, when does this thing happen?

2017-2018 :facepalm:

2018-2019 Only if we let our bag man hand out free cookies to recruits. :pimp::seth:

2019-2020 15%

2020-2021 *If things go extremely well, this may be our first real shot.

 

*Disclaimer: if the NCAA hands down some kind of sanction before next season, forget it!

It took us 20 years between NCAA tournament appearances. See you in 2030 or so.

Obviously not the Big Dance but certainly more than a conf tournament. Don't think teams with losing records are often invited ...

We should probably be predicting when we get to .500 again ... baby steps.

Best we can hope for is a scholarship limitation - since we don't ever use all of them anyway.  Maybe self impose next year and get ahead of it.

We've been doing that; we've voided a bunch of victories. Hopefully, that's enough...

The nice thing about college basketball is that one or two players can make a world of difference.  Personally, I wouldn't make any predictions on this.

I think our only 5 players on roster would be happened first before entering the playoff season.

 

BTW, I saw BJ Daniels playing basketball at New Tampa L.A. Fitness gym last Wednesday evening.
